My research into the affects of living in an intimate relationship when one or both partners are affected by Asperger Syndrome is ongoing.

I am particularly interested in the affect on the mental and physical health that the relationship might have on either partner.

This research will form the basis of my third book and possibly used towards future educational or professional qualifications.

All information given will remain strictly confidential and any personal identifying information will be either obscured or changed.

Respondents have the right to anonymity and therefore need not identify themselves personally within either questionnaire.

Please note: if you want complete anonymity DO NOT email your questionnaire, rather use the PDF option and post it.

Respondents have the right at any time, up to the commencement of my research, to request that I withdraw their questionnaire from the study. Either write to me or email asking for your questionnaire to be withdrawn.
